  1. Email: We are now able to receive purchase orders at orders@bascoshowerdoor.com. Order confirmations will be delayed. Any messages sent to us after Thursday, February 1, at 12 PM EST have been received and will be responded to as soon as possible. However, any email messages and orders sent to us from Sunday, January 28 through Thursday, February 1 are presently unrecoverable.

    With apologies for the inconvenience, we ask that you please resubmit any orders that were placed since the incident occurred, and clearly state "DO NOT DUPLICATE" in the subject line and on the order itself.

  2. Telephones: All Customer Service Representatives are now able to receive phone calls again. You can reach our team at 1.800.45.BASCO for assistance.

  3. Order Status: We have limited visibility into order status, and are currently unable to send order confirmations.

Any messages sent to us after 10 AM on Tuesday, January 30th, have been received and will be responded to as soon as possible. However, any email messages and orders sent to us from Sunday, January 28 through Tuesday, January 30th, are presently unrecoverable.

  • Basco Engineered Products Customers
    • Email: Please continue to use beporders123@gmail.com for orders. Order confirmations will be delayed. We will soon be ready to bring our customer support team online to view and respond. Any messages sent to us after 4 PM on Monday, January 29th, have been received and will be responded to as soon as possible. However, any email messages and orders sent to us from Sunday, January 28 through Monday, January 29th, are presently unrecoverable.

  • Telephones: Our team is working tirelessly to restore our phone services, and we anticipate bringing them back online shortly.
