    Basco employees are paid bi-weekly. The total compensation package includes salary, bonuses and benefits.

    2. I-9 Requirements:
      To comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, Basco is required to verify eligibility for employment in the United States. To enable us to do so, upon hire, potential employees are requested to show a current U.S. Passport or Permanent Residency Card. If the potential employee does not possess either of these documents, he or she will be asked to show a driver's license, U.S. military card, or state identification and social security card or birth certificate. We are required to verify this information at the commencement of employment. If appropriate documentation is not provided, Basco is not legally able to hire the potential employee.
    3. Drug Testing:
      Basco is firmly committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace. All applicants receiving a conditional offer of employment are required to take a drug screen test after signing the Applicant's Consent to Screen for Drugs form, authorizing the laboratory designated by the company to perform the drug screen/test on a urine specimen of the applicant. Applicants who refuse to sign the form, who do not cooperate with the drug screen test or who test positive for drug usage will be denied employment at Basco.
