LIVING THE BLUEPRINT

Building a legacy together is our cultural Blueprint

We are Growing. We're Always Looking for Good People.

We strive every day to carry out the legacy and values of our Founder, Bill Rohde. While we continue to honor our foundation, we are building for the future and building a legacy together. As a Basco team member or business partner, we’ll live these values through our vision and mission.

Mission Vision Values

Caring for Our Community

We work hard together every day at Basco, but we also want to work hard together to make an impact in our community. Living our values as an organization, Basco is proud to support national and community-based nonprofits to help revitalize and strengthen our communities. We proudly partner with the American Heart Association – with our shared vision of building stronger communities and improving people's lives. We find that one of the best ways to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.

Some other organizations near to our hearts we are proud to support:

  • Our Daily Bread Cincinnati
  • Toys for Tots
  • Habitat for Humanity
  • Boys and Girls Hope
  • Mayfield Research
  • High Hopes Auxiliary
  • Little Sisters of the Poor
  • Matthew 25 Ministries
  • Arts Wave Cincinnati
  • Downs Syndrome Association

Fundraiser for Corporal Kelsee Lainhart

Besides supporting national and local non-profit organizations throughout the year, Basco is proud to regularly organize fundraising events for employees to support them when they need it most. Our efforts range from raising funds for medical treatments to covering funeral expenses. One of our most impactful fundraisers includes the ones for Corporal Kelsee Lainhart.

Corporal Kelsee Lainhart

On August 25th, 2021, Kelsee was seriously injured in the suicide bombing at the Kabul Airport in Afghanistan. She suffered a severe traumatic injury to her spinal cord, rendering her paralyzed. Additionally, Kelsee suffered several severe injuries to her body following the impact of the detonation of the bomb. The reason this fundraiser was especially dear to us, is because Kelsee is the niece of Basco Sales Manager, Kevin Ingram. The fundraiser's efforts were to assist Kelsee and her family in covering expenses for the long road of rehabilitation and recovery ahead of her.

We are proud to say that at the end of our fundraiser, November 11th 2021 (Veteran's Day), we raised a total of over $54.000 for Corporal Kelsee Lainhart.

We want to thank everyone who participated in this fundraiser and who supported this cause. If you'd like to stay up-to-date on Kelsee, please visit and follow her CaringBridge Page.
